all gulnaar pieces are fashion and artificial jewelry, crafted with care using quality materials including alloy metals, zinc, copper-based metals, and embellishments such as stones, crystals, and enamel. our jewelry is not made from precious metals or gemstones.

every piece is inspected before being listed and before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. we stand behind the quality of our products.

all product photos and videos reflect the actual item; slight color or finish differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. as fashion jewelry, minor variations such as loose stones or slight bends can occasionally occur and are considered normal characteristics rather than defects.

to keep your gulnaar pieces looking their best:

• avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals
• remove jewelry before sleeping, swimming, or exercising
• store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing

gulnaar fabrics are sold by the yard and cut to order; trimmings are sold by the roll. handle with care — avoid pulling loose threads, and follow the specific care instructions listed on each product's page (fiber content varies by piece). because fabric is cut and trimmings are cut or portioned specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged once cut — please review yardage, roll length, and color carefully before purchasing.

we carefully inspect every item before shipping. as all sales are final, we're unable to offer returns, replacements, or store credit for damaged or defective items after delivery. if your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at support@shopgulnaar.com with your order number and photos so we can look into it with the carrier — this is the only exception to our final sale policy.
